Pastor's Corner
We are coming up on the holidays again and haven't they come quickly. As I was thinking about what I might bring to you for encouragement, I thought about all the wonderful things we have been given, through our God. Compassion is one of the greatest. Because in our present state, we need all the mercy that we can get. Mercy shows us the very heart God. Ps 145:8"The Lord is gracious, and full of compassion; slow to anger, and of great mercy." He loves us unconditionally and desires that we do the same. Want to give great gifts this season? Give from bowels of mercy to those who have hurt, angered, abused and misused you. Let the love of God flow through you, look beyond faults and see their need, as Christ has done with us, let mercy and forgiveness flow where hurt and anger stood. There will be healing and restoration in your heart and home, love and peace will reign and God will be glorified in you. Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. As you obey Him, blessings will overtake you. Micah 7:18 says that He is constantly searching for those He can bless. He is not only willing but anxious to pour out His blessings on those that call Him Lord. We prey Gods richest and fullest blessings for you and yours.
I will be praying for you,
Pastor Judy
