Shea butter protects, heals and improves skin better than any other single oil presently known. It softens, revitalizes and maintains moisture in your skin without greasiness and also helps stimulate collagen production. Penetrating deep into your skin, it restores elasticity. Shea butter's natural fatty acid action, which is felt at the cellular level, contributes to regeneration process of dry wrinkled skin. Highest in unsaponifiables: between 7-12% Shea butter is far higher than avocado(2-4%) and soybean oils being researched by rheumatologists for their ability to reduce inflammation. It has a high content of Vitamins A, E, and F which provide your skin with all the elements you need for good skin balance.

Its anti-aging properties help with wrinkles, dark spots, blemishes, scar tissue, age spots, and skin tags. It can also be used as a moisturizer, night cream and lip balm. Shea butter can be used as a hair dressing, to moisturize dry scalp & hair and to stimulate hair growth, while giving your hair a silky shine. It has also been studied as a nasal decongestant. Simply apply it to the inside of the nostrils. It may also be used to prevent stretch marks buring pregnancy. Stigma sterol, known as the "anti-stiffness factor," gives Shea butter its ability to relax tired muscles as well as provide relief for swelling, rheumatism and arthritis.
